MOC-8181 The Flurry – Quasar Fire-Class Bulk Cruiser

Inspired by Baciccia_1978’s unique MOC (over on BrickLink) for the Quasar and my love for the Star Wars Rebels present I set about recreating the design in LDD. But with the brand new season of Rebels out that they had modified the design of the now renamed Rebel Cruiser ‘The Flurry’.

I set about reconfiguring and adjusting the design to higher match the model of the ship in Season 3 (earlier than Sato used it as a battering ram). Changing the engine setup, fighter bay, again, prime and backside sides, in addition to the nostril. I additionally wished to point out it was a Rebel ship when it was on show so I designed some micro Y-Wing fighters to accompany it.
