This is my first time to solely use the components from set 31313 to bulid the MOC.
Lucky Rooster is the MOC for the Chinese yr of rooster. It can monitor the road, monitor the wall and keep away from the obstacles. You can even use it to look the EV3 infrared beacon automaticallly.
