This MOC is an alternate construct of set 10246(detective’s office) and 10251(brick bank). If you will have these two units, you may construct this MOC.

The modular is absolutely interiored(particulars beneath).

1st flooring: The kitchen, eight seats, Four terrace seats, staurcase

2nd flooring: Family room with sliding door, Four seats, staircase

third flooring: Residental home with bed room, kitchen, and restroom, staircase

4th flooring: Rooftop shelter, chimney, solar mattress

The directions are divided into Four PDF information, so you will need to obtain all of them within the directions hyperlink to construct it.

NOTE: -1 Dark Bluish Gray 8×16 plate within the directions is changed by 1x 41539(8×8),

1x 3035(4×8), 1x 3020(2×4), 1x 3032(4×6) all in Dark Bluish Gray.

-1 Light Bluish Gray 2×4 plate within the directions is changed by 1 Dark Bluish Gray

2×4 plate.

-1 Tan 1×2 Brick within the directions is changed by 2 Tan 1×1 bricks.

-1 Tan 1×1 spherical brick within the directions is changed by white.

-4 Trans-Clear 1x4x6 home windows within the directions are changed by 1x 57895pr0012.

-1 White 1×2 brick within the directions is changed by white 1×2 brick with grill(2877).
