Maintenance Conveyor[b] [/b]– Flying machines drive up the ramp onto the round platform.  Rotate the platform & slide it all the way down to the upkeep space.

Corkscrew-Powered Lift[b] [/b]- Spin steam vent on high to boost or decrease the elevator.

Sliding Ladder – Slide the ladder again & forth to entry extra elements to customise your flying machines.

Designer’s Notes –

I hope Flight Works appeals to overseas vary of audiences.  My aim was to design a set which was each inventive & useful, whereas conserving true to my very own sense of enjoyable.  It wasn’t till after a number of hours of tinkering round with LDD & finishing about half the constructing that I made a decision on a Steam-Punk themed workshop.  Which, after 5 seconds of thought, I ‘punnily’ named Flight Works.  I’m slightly happy with the tip consequence & want to see this mannequin ‘take off’.  So, eject some steam into this engine by clicking the support button & collectively we’ll make Flight Works able to soar!

This was my first submission to Lego Ideas in addition to the primary in a collection of steampunk buildings I designed.  Special because of Polyprojects who did a tremendous job turning my sloppy LDD recordsdata into usable directions.  Also I really feel the necessity to apologize as you will must make lots of shade compromises when you attempt to construct this set.

To broaden on my Flight Works submission, I made a decision to create Post Air. I needed to place a singular spin on an every-day activity, so began considering how Steam Flyers would change the best way we reside. I’d wish to additional broaden on this theme, so shovel within the coal by clicking the support button!   Together we’ll flip this boiler pink scorching & watch the steam fly!
