MOC-11675 42053-B model snow scraper

Modification of the 42053B model. Instead of the lifting possibility I made a snow scraper possibility.

Please notice that half 6073231 was not in Lego Digital Designer so I used half 4560174 to connect the aspect elements. Also half 6073231 is used within the gap within the again to fill it up.
