Modular – Bookstore & Café Combo

Caffeine and literature go very nicely collectively (simply do not spill something!), and with these two areas your minifigs can get pleasure from each concurrently. The two buildings are linked on the primary flooring for straightforward entry.

The bookstore is full of books and contains a spiral staircase connecting the three flooring.. The second and third flooring have tables and chairs.

The café has loads of espresso and croissants to go round, plus outside seating. The second and third flooring above resides area for the bookstore proprietor.
