MOC-8530 Mechanical Beaver

A mechanical beaver with chomping enamel and slapping tail motion.

It’s a fairly easy mechanism, and will be operated by way of a hand crank or Power Functions motor. If you’re motorizing it, I’d advocate controlling the pace of the motor by way of an IR Remote (or rechargeable battery field), or gearing it down. Running it instantly on the most motor pace isn’t actually advisable, although is considerably entertaining.

I constructed this as a part of our nation’s Canada 150 celebration, marking the 150th anniversary of our confederation (the beaver is our nationwide animal).
